Oh my goodness, I own my own cleaning also and if they were that picky I would say “if you don’t like the way I clean, then find another person to clean” I wouldn’t put up with that, we are all human and not every single thing will look perfect. Keep doing you!!

That’s a tough one because she’s not necessarily “mad.” BUT, that would drive me crazy. Being thorough is important but it’s literally impossible to get every single piece of dirt/hair/dust/fingerprint.

I had one client that wanted me to clean the counters(clutter EVERYWHERE). I had to put everything EXACTLY where it was. I literally had pictures on my phone. That was 6 years ago. 😂

I had 1 lady once that followed me around while I cleaned, telling me how great everything looks, as we work around the house. BUT within 1hr of finishing, waiting for invoice to be paid, she always picked on something asking for a discount. every clean. I stopped after 6 cleans. it just wasn't a good fit for us both

there some people like that . I have a friend that everything in her life is almost good. the view from one of her windows or the meal not hot enough etc. it can get depressing

I would tell the client to find someone else! The client has probably gone through multiple cleaners and will never be satisfied 😌

I had a client like this but wouldn’t tell me about it till arrived at her next cleaning. My crew and I always felt defeated before we even began. As cautious as we were we just couldn’t make her happy. Something was always wrong. It took a toll on our psyche so I just came to her one day and said we weren’t the right cleaners for her. I think it’s a control mechanism for some people

I had a client like this…no matter how thorough I was she always found something that she thought was wrong. I politely parted ways with her 🤷🏻♀️

we had a client who would rave and praise our work. then 4 weeks goes by and we remind her of her clean. and she would all of sudden have a bucket list of issues. and like yea. after a month. your home isn't gonna look like we just cleaned. we tolerated that for longer then I'd like to admit.

I think she wanted it spotless. It sucks getting feedback basically saying you missed something but it’ll help perfect your craft. Clients can be annoying but 😶🌫️

You know I just did a walkthrough with a woman who complained about everything the other cleaners didn’t do. I normally don’t take clients like that but I took this one. First clean… everything looks amazing but… if she does it in my 2nd clean I’m out lol
