As a pace chaser your power should never be more than your speed. Pace chaser in order of highest stats should be speed-wit-power/stamina (stamina should be lower the shorter the distance)-guts. Speed and wit are king for pace chasers and power greater than speed by a good margin is only really good as an end chaser. Training your stats pay attention to support cards, each one increases training for a stat and has certain skills with individual cards having specialized skills for strategy type and distance of race so it’s something to pay attention to get the maximum from your cards.
