@asiataglieri🖤: I have this too. I'm Italian, and here they don't really understand me. I found out about this condition on my own on TikTok that I had it. Now I take a beta-blocker, but life is difficult. I spent seven months in bed because I was so sick. It all started after COVID. After about a week, I was already feeling so bad. In fact, since 2023, there were periods when I couldn't even wash myself. Now, little by little, I'm trying. I had an immunoglobulin infusion, unfortunately, which I paid for because I have antibodies against the adrenaline receptors, so I think my POTS is autoimmune.

How long did you try it for? I started acupuncture and herbs for my me/cfs and it didn’t really do anything within 4 months so i stopped
