This is not factual. This is a lie go search it up. There is no punishment for minor get abortion and Mississippi. Look up Mississippi, SB2749 abortion and you’ll see that the person who is an adult and helps the minor get an abortion can go to jail. No I’m not saying that this should be the way it is because I think abortion is very important for health of women and girls.

Okay, just because it came from Instagram, does not mean it’s backed by fact. No where in MS code of 1972 41-41-45 does it state a woman will be executed for an abortion due to grape. According to the law, a woman can have a legal abortion if the pregnancy was a result of grape. However a referendum is being introduced in house bill 1104 in November to repeal the law. But again, abortion is not an executional offense…yet.
