It seems like nothing affects them. My narc and his dad and their looks don’t seem to be effecting them… yet… but it effects me with high blood pressure n high cortisol levels

thats why i left mine 2018 . after 30 yrs of thinking it was me 🤔 when it was her . even my 4 girls that are on there own doing very well dont want anything to do with Mom . only Dad 🤣👌👍

Lady,you just described the effects of Narcissistic abuse on the victim while they are learning to survive and thrive. Your entire life is made insecure and your nervous system is disregarded. As for your looks, you don't care about how you look because how you feel is more important. To the narcissists, looks are everything to them, the image is what they use to sell the lies and manipulate people also situations to support their claim that you are the crazy one

My 40 year old ex wife a dangerous evil narcissist sat in front of me and her kids and said she only looks 15 year old 🤣🤣🤣 she really believed herself and even her daughter said mum you don’t look 15 and she went in a mini rage 🤷♂️they are deluded.
