@knottywoodbbq: Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers-You’re gonna want to save this recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients • 12 jalapeños, halved & seeded • 1 lb ground beef • 3 tsp Knotty Rub (plus more for topping) • 8 oz cream cheese, softened •. 2 garlic cloves minced • ½ cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack • 12 slices Coleman’s Bacon Instructions 1. Cook beef in a skillet, season with Knotty Rub, and let cool. 2. Mix beef with cream cheese and shredded cheese. 3. Slice through the top of each jalapeño and set top piece off to the side 4. Stuff each jalapeño with the filling and put top section of jalapeño back on before wrapping. 5. Wrap with bacon and sprinkle with more Knotty Rub. 6.
