Doing PT for 2 months and noticed we aren't targeting the lower back directly. Did my first Monday routine yesterday and was able to do the 1 minute single leg hold. Seems my legs were the limiting factor though. I'll make sure that is good and strong before progressing but man I am scared to death to start doing the reps. Once I go into flexion things go to hell. Happy I found your post and excited to be on a road to full recovery.
