Thats just not true, compare the lighting in beach to the one in dorm. Dorm lighting was pretty much confirmed to be the only one that's broken/unfinished.

no lol,prominent modders have already come out and said the lighting is on preview setting (no lighting), we all know the lack of proper lighting looks like shit anyway you don't have to gaslight yourself into liking it lol
