@bakewithmimii: Part 9- Chocolate snack cake with mousse topping Ingredients 110g almond butter 95g maple syrup, sugar free 60g Greek yoghurt 1tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 50g melted dark choc chips, noshu 30g cocoa powder 70g oat flour 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of Salt Topping Aeroplane Mousse lite or any sugar free mousse mix+ 200g vanilla yoghurt @YoPRO AU Directions 1.In a medium bowl, mix all the wet ingredients except for the melted chocolate. Once all combined thoroughly, mix in the melted dark choc and whisk to combine. Add in all dry ingredients and whisk to combine ensuring no flour is visible. 2. Pour into a lined 8” baking pan and bake at 180C/375F for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to fully cool before applying mousse 3. Pour mousse powder into a medium bowl, add the yoghurt and mix until all combined. Spread over cooled cake or pop into a piping bag with your favourite tip and decorate.
