I've seen them say stop resisting as the SEVERELY UNCONSCIOUS PERSON HAVING A SEIZURE has stIff arms literally only from the pugilist stance from HEAD TRAUMA the cop inflicted... And they're Never held accountable.

two things that would greatly improve law enforcement. 1. get rid of the good faith doctrine. that court precedent opens the door for most of the legalized corruption we see. it is abused shamelessly by government. 2. no more rights violations for officer safety. I get it, you want to go home at night. however, the abuse of the officer safety claim far outweighs the possible harm that may come without it being a consideration. a few others that would help. (a) government employees no longer get to vote in elections. (b) no more police unions. obvious reasons. (c) government employees surrender their 5th amendment right. you don't get to remain silent. (d) discretion cannot be excercised for government employees. if you witness a law being broken by a fellow cop (or judge, prosecutor, politician, postal worker,....) you HAVE TO make the arrest, write the ticket,... prosecutors have to prosecute, and judges have minimum sentences they have to impose when a government agent breaks the law. (e) no more civil asset forfeiture. it's just armed robbery. nothing more. (f) create a separate arm of law enforcement who's only job is to investigate and enforce laws on government agents. lots more, but those would help
