Was recently let go from a toxic place where the managers were passive aggressive and set employees up to fail. I refused to feed into their toxicity and they knew I couldn't be convinced that that place cared about employees. They got rid of me pretty quick because I just wanted to work my shifts and go home. Being let go was a blessing in disguise.
