I tell you, I understand exactly what you mean. When my mother passed away, my father‘s dementia had gotten into the place that he was a four year old. And I took care of him at home for 4 1/2 years until he passed away a year ago. Also, he has psychosis with his so he hallucinated all the time. And the rule around here was if he see you saw it to add something to it and have some fun. Dementia is a thing that you lose your person and my heart goes out to you as a fellow caregiver. When you have help, I have my household, my daughter, my son, my daughter‘s boyfriend and myself. My prayers go out to you. I understand anytime you want to get any encouragement of anything you can always hit me up cause I definitely understand what you are going through🥰🥰🥰🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
