How do I train my 4 month puppy to lay down? I trained her a bunch of tricks but laying down always been difficult

Not sure if this is a common issue but im having a hard time teaching sit because whenever she comes to me or stops walking she sits 😭. She’s got the down command completely but i just can’t teach her sit or i don’t know if she knows sit because she just.. sits before i say anything
