I hate getting mine drawn too but if I just look away I’m good. Few months ago had to take my son to the dr & they needed to draw blood by the time I decided oh I need to go out the room it was too late I passed right on out. 🙈🙈 I knew better lol

Oh my I take Biotin every day. I get my blood checked once a year. Now you have me second guess taking that. 😳

I had no idea about that, I am hypothyroid so I have to take thyroid meds daily plus labs every 6 months. I had to go today for labs. lol.

For hair I use the Walmart brand calcium magnesium and zinc it works wonders my hair grows like crazy

buy some shampoo with biotin in it at walmart. i had to buy me some when i had covid. and my hair was falling out.
