Have you heard of or noticed that a second key, the expensive ones, are being promised but not delivered? 2 cars bought at different dealerships and brands in the Seattle area. Same song and dance of looking for the key but never received.

I have worked every job in dealerships from sales to sales manager in Sourhern CA and in Chicago. I live in WA now (out of the business) and negotiating here is tough!

It's not just Seattle, but the greater Seattle area (Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Lynnwood, Everett, etc...). Used cars aren't too bad, but getting a deal on new is extremely difficult.

Bought a Honda civic in 2021 in Bellevue and Toyota GR86 in Kirkland. Both cities about 20-30 mins outside Seattle. Had a great experience buying both tbh lol (no market adjustments and both dealers removed any add ons we wanted)
