The body takes longer to hydrate with cold water that’s why you feel the need to drink more by the time you’re body adjusts the temperature of the water that’s when it starts working, if you were literally dying of thirst and had seconds to drink water then that’s when warm water will save your life.

I drink a litre of Cold Water every morning. Leave it in my fridge overnight. Its the best start to the morning before you have your coffee. So refreshing and recharging! 💦 🥶 👍👍
