I was having a similar issue. I unplugged my fire stick. Waited for a while plugged it back in and it worked. I don’t know if it’ll work for you.

It’s the peacock streaming that’s the problem. Logout and log back in. You can check if there are issues with their app. I get that with paramount

Try restarting the tv from the settings. Also recommend turning subtitles on something you watch. Maybe that will replace/unfreeze.
