So let me get this straight a police sergeant allegedly comes out with a gun, spits in someone’s face, and the First Amendment auditors are the ones arrested? This is exactly why we need people holding public officials accountable on camera. If the public can’t ask questions about government overtime or spending without being met with threats and handcuffs, then the First Amendment means nothing. This isn't law enforcement this is intimidation.

I like Sean’s videos and usually agree with him 100% however he went to the officers house to confront and be confrontational instead of the department then he went down a private drive that was marked private at that point he should have gone no further. You can’t have it both ways.

instead of assuming that the overtime isn’t accurate, follow him when he works all the overtime hours so he can see what’s really happening. The shortage of Connecticut Troopers is significant so naturally employees jump at the OT. It’s worth it, who wouldn’t do it? CONNECTICUT isn’t Massachusetts. And this guy is looking for a lawsuit. His full time job is to provoke public workers. He’s hated in New York.

Good luck beating that case. Spitting is 100% assault we all know that. And the cop should be charged. Also, long driveway doesn’t mean private property. Anybody can knock on anybody’s door. Not like he hopped a gate to get to his front door.
