I am 400 elo and even I can see thats a good move for black 🤣 White rook needs to take black queen because king is in check. Black Rook takes queen and its check mate.

brilliant, if rook takes queen, he can take rook cause then it's mate, the white king can't move any diagnols so he would be stuck on the same line as the black rook if white traded rook for queen, white queen wouldn't have opportunity to take black king.
