I used to run away and hide when things felt uncomfortable because I was scared of failing, or what Karen from Zumba would think! 🤦♀️ (Always letting that mean girl run the show…) It wasn’t until I got comfortable being uncomfortable that EVERYTHING changed! It truly had a snowball effect in my life too. So now I make it a daily habit to push myself out of my comfort zone and it gets EASIER! Sometimes it's pushing play on the workouts that are out of my usual routine.
