how the heck are you getting your baby down for 4 hrs at a time and also only taking a few minutes to feed?! ours is up every 1.5-2 hrs and the process of feeding, diapering, and rocking him back to sleep can sometimes take 1.5 hrs at times. it is rough out here. 😭😭😭😭

we only change at night if she poops! But we use a larger and super absorbent diaper at night

My 1 month old goes down any time between 9:30pm and 10:30pm and will usually wriggle about 4/5am but won’t fully wake up, but I give her a bottle if she doesn’t settle back off on her own as it gets her back off to sleep on a full stomach. She has slept through until 8 a lot of times too!

I always change 1/2 way through each feeding to wake her up or she never eats enough and then is awake an hour later to eat more 😂

I loved my new born, she NEVER woke up for a feeding, I’d have to set an alarm to wake her every 4-5 hours and she’d still be asleep😅 my doctor said it was okay to let her sleep since her weight was good! Now I have a 2 year old that sleeps 10 hours every night 🤩

The wake up’s aren’t what kills me. It’s getting him back to sleep which sometimes crumples me. I can remember a few times where he’s had a 2 hour wake window dead smack in the middle of the night

I change in between sides to wake them up a little! Once my baby was awake enough to take both sides easily I stopped changing (around 8+ weeks)

I change at every wake usually, but I don't use a changing pad and I throw the diapers next to the diaper pail so I don't have to get up at all 🤣😅

I change my baby Everytime she wakes up because she sleeps better when she’s dry. I change her first then nurse her and she’s back to sleep. If she goes again while nursing then I change her before I switch sides!

Also make sure it’s not active sleep 💀 bc if I knew about that…I prob would’ve saved a lot of energy
