I lost my BFF two years ago it’s hard . I suggest just let it out whenever you fell overwhelmed. I use to cry at restaurants, the store just anywhere . Keep your family and friends close they help .

I unexpectedly lost my brother. I got deep into strengthening my spirituality and started dreaming about him. Now we hang out often in my dreams. I wake up laughing sometimes. Don’t question your emotions. Allow your emotions to flow. Embrace it all. Breathe, be gentle with yourself. Do things in their honor. Live life making new memories, however and whenever you feel you want to. It will be 4 years tomorrow my son died. I live life with his sense of humor and do things fun on days like tomorrow to remember him. Don’t put time on anything jus be whatever it is in the moment you are in. Don’t try to fix it. Jus be. Get out in nature. Go for walks etc. Sending you so much love, hugs and im here. 🖤
