I’ve been feeling like that for a while now. I think mines just my hyper-awareness of the state of the country. 👀👀👀

I had to take Lexapro for 2 years to get through menopause. Everything hits. We question everything we do or have done. Mental health meds helped more than anything. The first 2 years of menopause SUUUUCKS.

Have you specifically tested your fat soluble vitamins; A, D, E and K? These contribute to our hormones and neurotransmitters. I was feeling like you are and found out my A, D, E and K were all very low. I’m much better now.

I had normal labs ran in the Spring & they found my potassium super low. They told me that was causing my heart racing at night. I now take a Potassium pill & my pepcid before bed & it has helped the anxiety a lot. Can you talk more about this ring thing?

Have they checked your hormone levels recently? Their opinions are fine but they should do due diligence and check before jumping to an ADHD med increase. Menopause is brutal. I hope you get one of them to listen to you.

I’ve been where you are!! I promise it’s hormones - look into the app called Winona.. it’s literally helped me pull myself out of the darkness… I’m a teacher & this saved me & my husband these last few months… it’s not a sponsored chat, just a WDNC club member

Wow, this rings true monthly for me now with perimenopause!! Ashwagandha has really helped subside the extreme anxiety/depression most of the month but the few days leading up to my cycle it doesn’t. It’s reduced from prior to taking it, so I guess that’s good.

We need to refine what we think of crazy. The actions a very few powerful men control most of this world. That’s crazy. Geno, war, famine, etc…We give life, mother so many (& sometimes ourselves), & then our body turns on us again. We are not crazy. We are good crazy. We keep going and we live longer.🥰

I needed Wellbutrin for 2 years during menopause. Luckily I didn’t need hormones. The heart palpitations were scary, but I’m 61 today and I survived. You will too.
