I moved to the US 11 years ago up until then I never had a credit card I was told I needed one so I got one lol now I am tempted to get another one but my spending habits aren’t very healthy 😭😭😭😭😭

Well im from europe and we dont have credit score. But i would say, dont buy if you couldn’t afford to buy it with the cash you have even if you are building credit score 🤷🏼♀️😅

I remember one time a real state person told me that it didn’t matter if you had all the money saved up for a house, you still needed to have decent credit to obtain and that shocked me but it makes sense at the same time

precisely! I was taught that if we see someone purchasing a big purchase like house, a car in cash tells us either one of the two things: 1. they're extremely privileged (wealthy class) or 2. they are likely shady (not always, per case scenario) like why are they cashing in, not using credit card or credit score which leads to suspiciously ID theft or finicial fraud.
