I love Soriel, but not like this. Not with Toriel being drunk and having fun with her new boyfriend while her child is gone until an ungodly hour and she can't even bring herself to be worried. Not with Kris not just thinking but KNOWING their mother didn't even think about them once in the day.

i havent seen the full scene yet so i was so confused why people hated sans and toriel dancing LMAOOO the caption helps a bit but kris also has been going out during ungodly hours since chapter 1 so it makes sense if she wasn’t worried even if a bit wrong

Honestly deltarune toriel pmo because clearly the divorce affected kris negatively and instead of having a hear to heart conversation with them she turns a blind eye to it. Asgore on the other hand while flawed atleast is open about the issue. Wish asgore would have gotten custody

How do some of you not understand how irresponsible it was of toriel to do that especially when dess went MISSING in the neighbourhood the tires are slashed it’s not the “safe neighbourhood” some of you say it is even if toriel should be very worried but instead she got drunk with sans which was irresponsible of her I’m not saying “she can’t have a little fun” I’m saying it was irresponsible not to mention the dysfunctional family situation Kris is in atm

I hate how ppl defend Toriel not worrying about Kris by saying they are a teenager and it would be normal to be out at ungodly hours of the night, but it’s implied Kris doesn’t go out much because they don’t have many friends. If you call Toriel after the first chapter, she is about to ground Kris for being out so late until she finds out that they’re with a friend. ALSO, Toriel thought the weather was bad enough to cancel choir practice, but she didn’t worry about her child one bit. Although that might’ve been an excuse to just hang out with sans, the point still stands that the weather was bad. A responsible parent would at least call their child to see if they’re alright. I know calls don’t work in the Dark World, but I still think she should’ve been more worried abt Kris.
