heres a tip for anyone: shampoo is made to dry out the scalp to stop it from being greasy. conditioner is made to moisturise the ends of the hair. so if you put conditioner on your scalp it will get greasy quicker and if you put shampoo on your ends they will become dry! :)

Rinse your hair in COLD water, dont shampoo your ends pleaseeee and something that helped me for hair falling DONT TIE IT TOO TIGHT AND SO MUCH like when your laying in bed just remove the hairtie
