My parents did the walkthrough of a house we moved into. They still had stuff to move out and a friend of theirs was sleeping on a cot in the basement. They still had house was supposed to transfer that day

We are in the process of buying a house out of state, and the seller uses it as an AirBnB and is letting us keep whatever furniture and decor that we want!

sellers never asked for anything. we left behind only required items at first house. 2nd house 1 yr old and left behind paint. we bought a house and it use to be rent house so not even curtain rods in it . the landlord gave renters nothing so they took everything they had.

This was so funny…. We actually put in The contract that we would leave the basement tv because it was in a custom built entertainment center and then after we closed the buyer said we left “junk” behind like tv’s… lol like dude it was in the contract, we were being nice! Stfu 😆😂🤡
