As someone who has opened and closed, openers have it hella easy and are overly picky and expect too much from closers. Openers are typically older and expect closers to get more done bc they’re usually younger and “beneath” them.

which store are you petty/reasonable baristas at? i need to transfer to a store with my people lol.. because why am i the only person in my store who be doing this shit? our morning complained about not having enough sleeves in the sleeve holder, so i filled it until it was so full they couldn't grab it out of the sleeve holder.
