So I had a tubal ligation done and its rare but if the done completely remove your tubs they actually can grow back. I have a partial tubal done...they also were cauterized at the ends because the tubes were not completely removed. my doctor did have a patient that had a tubal ligation however it was like 15 years later and they grew back and she got pregnant. we're kind of like starfish is in a way sometimes. and my OB is the best one in the area that I live in. he said I didn't have to worry because I was so late in pregnancy when I got it done I won't get pregnant but if you get it done super early it can happen like in your early twenties. I also after having it done had my period every two weeks for the last 3 years it finally stopped and now I just have my period once a month. so some people get lucky and don't have their periods and some people get them worse and some people have them normal. however after the tubal ligation the pain of my period is excruciating extremely heavy and way worse than it's ever been. and yes some people can still get pregnant even after a tubal ligation it can be born in the abdomen if it is not done correctly and they are not cauterized. I worked in the medical field and I've also done a lot of research there are women out there that this has happened to. they're also women out there that their babies grew outside their uterus and they didn't have a tubal ligation. but when you're going to medical school medical research becomes a huge thing.

Mine tried to tell me I’m not perimenopausal…I’m like…Im 39, have a bunch of symptoms and my last visit, it was confirmed. 🤦🏼♀️How can we trust our female health with docs who don’t chk the charts.

Seen my ob yesterday, and she only asked if I was still having my period. She’s the one who took my tubes out.

I can totally relate. I had my tubal ligation 3 years ago and they always ask if im trying for a baby like I have no tubes ma'am 😂 sending much love

can totally get pregnant without tubes.. very rare but not impossible.. a girl I know conceived her daughter from her ovary that had no tube.

Everything with doctors says birth control fixes it even if you don’t want it. It gets tiring to a point of hearing it all the time

you can still get pregnant the ovaries will release the egg and it will implant where the tubes used to be it is rare and if it does happen it can be fatal

Same I have my tubes fully out and they are like but you still could get pregnant. And it’s like how are they gonna teleport to each other🧐🤣🤣

I had my lining burned and my tubes done I can get my tubes back but I’m not cause I don’t wanna die from tubal ligation pregnancy surrogacy is expensive

my with two kids had a tubal 11 years ago and is engaged to my lovely girlfriend being told I need to be on birth control if I don't want a pregnancy 🤣🤣🤣

I went and saw mine for a yearly check up 3 weeks postpartum and I got my tubes tied. I told him that I haven’t gotten my period back yet (I’m breastfeeding as well so it takes longer for me) and he asked me if I was pregnant. When I told him no he was like are you sure. Like sir, I have TWO babies and they’re in the NICU. I’m also THREE WEEKS postpartum. I never felt more insulted.
