I make decent money at 100k, I literally have no idea what I would do with even 50k more. I already have a car that I love, my apartment keeps the rain off my head. I couldn’t imagine wanting a nicer car and nicer apartment while I watch children starve to death around me.

And we don’t have to give anything up. There are enough resources for EVERYONE to live a comfortable life all we have to do is distribute it evenly instead of letting some people hoard it.

These are the same people who complain about social program, but when they get old or sick enough to benefit from social program, they say that they’ve paid into them all year they were working.. as if MOST OF the people on social programs aren’t working tax paying people. A very small portion of people who get any “hand outs” are unemployed

Both sides are true. There are enough resources for everyone to have a good amount but if you give all the things to live away for free, there will be plenty of people who are willing to take advantage and only take and not give.
