I think it’s each persons body that reacts with black ink. Also I e seen black ink k turn dark blue as well lol which is why I think it’s all in their skin.

I I think it could be the Black Ink over time but it also has to come inside with the person's body how their body reacts to certain things it's like the healing process some people tattoos feel really quick other people tattoos don't heal as quick as they wanted to and it could be because the way they care for the tattoo or they're not caring for the tattoo there's a whole different variables.
