6 charters 1 to make Ryan Preece ride permanent, 1 for Legacy, 1 for a 3rd RWR car. I have no idea where the other 3 could go. Could see JR possibly buying one and putting Gragson back in one of his cars.

What a load. This is 1 of many things wrong with the charter system. Nascar shouldn't have the right to take those charters. The teams paid for them. They belong to the teams. MAYBE, if a team wanted to sell, Nascar would need to approve the buyer. 23XL & FR didn't sign the agreement, they shouldn't get paid as charter teams, but they still own the charters. Sell them or sit on them until the case is over, but they still own them. This is exactly why they are getting sued.

MJ need to start his own league like LIV did in Golf. plenty of tracks that Nascar doesn't own they could race on until they get a super speedway built somewhere.

Taking a charter from a team that paid for it is theft. At the worst NASCAR should be made to give the money to the two teams.
