#CapCut In 2015 SB277 was passed in California removing personal belief/ religious exemptions for K-12 kids. Parts of the bill included homeschoolers but that was carved out thanks to advocates like @Tara Thornton. The law passed it gave discretion to Drs to look at past reactions and family history when writing exemptions but that was short lived. In 2019 the State of California decided they wanted to restrict medical exemptions stating drs were writing “fake exemptions” , until this day there has been no evidence of that actually happening. It was easier to collude with public health to pass the bill based on nothing but lies. Legislators and the California medical board will now investigate Dr.s who writes 3 or more exemptions in their practice & will have their medical license “reviewed” aka they will put those drs through the ringer so much so they will close their practice and move state. Thanks for SB276 family history is no longer considered and a child would have to suffer 1. Anaphylaxis 2. Coma 3. Encephalitis in order to qualify for an exemption and even then it would only exempt them from that 1 shot , however when multiple shots are given together it becomes a deep issue to know which one did what. In the law SB277 state bureaucrats within the public health dept are in charge of approving exemptions, removing the Dr / patient relationship. Public health can also add whatever shots they want to the schedule without going through legislature. Although personal belief exemptions are available for any additional shots put on by PH , most don’t know that exists. Supporting mandates for children allowed for the implementation of the COVID shot, and opened the door to forced medicine. Even in “red states” you should be concerned because seats can always be flipped.
