It's not gerrymandering due Texas because they are redrawing the districts because they are excluding non US Citizens from the census which determines the districts. California has been gerrymandering for decades because they include non US Citizens which no state should because non US Citizens needs should not be observed or acknowledged before US Citizens

I think it’s awesome but keep in mind they’re only 53 congressional seats in California and nine of them are republican right now. So he can’t flip dozens of Republican seats. He can’t create more seats because the maximum allowed seats in Congress is 435 in total. He can redraw the lines to convert them from republican the Democrat but at most he could convert the nine that there are now. Not dozens.
