@bridgebetweenrescue: I wasn’t expecting to see her today. It took one look and I knew we were taking her. I went to get her out of her kennel and she tried to bite me. It only made me want to save her more. I don’t know anything about he. The shelter is under new management and couldn’t even find records. My heart breaks wondering how long she lived like this. She was giving up. I’m going to show her it gets better from here. I chose to name her “Frannie”. It means “free one”.
