i'm sorry if they not change cerydra's kit in V.3, she's officially the worst limited harmony character. giving only Atk% to one ally, giving cdm (after her stack is full) and make 1 ally skill hit twice (after her stack is full as well) if her stack is not full, she's only giving atk%.

I was going to get her for Anaxa but it doesn’t even seem like she’s that good for her own niche? It’s like she wants to be a Sub DPS but her own damage in Phainon team and Anaxa teams are lacklustre and her buffs aren’t that great compared to Sunday, Bronya, Tingyun and Robin

She may get more units suitable for her kit in the future honestly, she may be phainon’s go to for one of his slots but this could also change who knows for all we know she could get replaced in his teams too with a future unit it’s too early to say
