Didnt know this had a name, been doing a variation of this since not only does the kick do more damage it also more range than his punch leaving more room for error under pressure or fast pace moments

people forget that the fishing combo with a downslam instead of a regular punch is the original and forgotten combo that (did not) get nerfed and still one shots 275

another tip w this combo is that you can melee weave both the tracer and pull to make it come out even faster with the same timing you'd use to do the reverse tracer burst by doing the melee into tracer animation cancel, if you that from distance and hit the tracer, then do the same thing except melee animation cancel into the pull w the same timing as the tracer, the 2 buffer melees barely come out and the combo becomes a lot faster and more seamless. also, GKR stands for Grab, Kick, Rip. me and the goat Jashtheripper labbed this first in season 1

my only issue is that it seems to have quite a bit of set up, realizing u want to hook someone but having to wait a second to set up the kick is inconvenient
