I was a contractor that installed the Duke2 Crew system as well as maintained the Ice/Mice system and installed Chamilions for SF in 06/07. The combat arms MOS's hated them because of the amount of setup time it took to prepare all the systems, and the antennas blocking LOS turret shots. They didn't know how many lives we saved. Doorbell remotes, Garage door openers, RC cars, and cell phones were our primary frequencies to block. Cleaning blood out of the back of a vic because your system didn't function properly caused a buddy of mine to quit. It was a Duke he programmed, and we had to recover it for frequency reasons. He was out of Iraq in 3 days. The "behind the scenes" wars are brutal, mentally and physically. I can go on and on about Electronic Warfare, but IYKYK.
