These “managers” don’t care about you. They are on a power trip. I know I’m a good worker never been fired from a job before been promoted in every position I’ve ever been in. I have been put on a PIP for asking questions. It’s been a whole situation for months and it’s all coming to a head now. Thank you for this video. You are sooo right !

Literally just got put on “personal leave” for telling my admin ab my supervisor not acknowledging my WC or my ADA concerns; I’m just done 😭. Idk what to do 😭. They just gave me the 3% raise too.

I’m dealing with this as a manager now in a toxic racist bullying environment. I had no problem now I’m on probation for 90 days. I’m a threat to them. I’m done! I’m not tolerating this kind of treatment.

It’s a sad world when good employees who take pride in their jobs, confident in themselves,speak up when needed become a problem. Yet the sorry pieces of $h1t coworkers get away with not working and we are picking up the slack. We speak up or stand up, even just do our job we were hired for and we are the bad employee?? What happened to the world?

Had this exact thing that happened to me!! same woman who hired me and gave me 2 and a half years of 5 star performance reviews and 100% QC scores was the same lady tried to have me fired because I wanted to elevate within the company. I took FMLA and found something else and quit. I wish I had fought it harder because I liked the organization.

I became a threat AS SOON AS I accepted a new role in the company. After my supervisor claimed she was in full support 😂. I went from the best person on her team to the worst and I was “checked out”. 💀😂

I became the issue when someone with my same job title began acting like she could manage me as she sat on her phone. When I told her “if you have time to ask me, you can go do it.” Every head turned and she comes for me and has others do it for her

I am in this situation right now. I asked a question. Boss said, that’s not in your pay grade. I said ok. Got my masters and made it my pay grade. She disrespects me daily. I finish this school year and I’m out.

I went from pet to threat when the corporate brown-noser talked herself into a supervisor position.🙄 She only "moved up" in positions by tearing other blk women down. I was star employee BEFORE her but she saw me as competition because mgmt once considered me for higher role. She went to WORK turning them against me😅, so much so I had to leave.😒

My supervisors TRIED me so bad I was so stressed and applied for fmla after 7 years but they surely changed quick when I called hr and had MONTHS OF DOCUMENTATION then it was crickets. Fight back
