next step is to eliminate surveys cause the employer doesn't care whether you like them.or not

What is the best is putting key words into those surveys that they use when they have the all company meetings about this said surveys 😆 Clearly not anonymous. Just gaslight the company even if you hate it

NO ONE believes the surveys are anonymous. My favorite is when I was asked to put my department and we were a department of 4.

We used to have to fill out long form surveys every month. Management team that I was on would read them with the ceo to “problem solve”. I finally told them the surveys are the worst part of my job and make me more upset than anything else. Now they are just quarterly… 🫠

as someone who is on the reading end of the anonymous surveys, our surveys are actually anonymous but some people make it so easy to know it’s them by what they say and the style of writing. make sure to change up your writing style when you fill these out if you don’t want your mgr to know it was you.

Anonymous except give your demographic info, years at company, in position, etc so they can figure out exactly who you are

Ours are actually anonymous but as a leader we can always tell who said what because they type their answers how they talk and mention things they always complain about

One time I filled out an anonymous survey and I got a message from a manager letting me know that I needed to be careful lmao. After that I knew it wasn’t anonymous

I actually made a fully anonymous survey. No person info or details just straight up questions about the issue. Management was upset that they couldn’t tell who said what. 😐

as someone who manages associate surveys, we do block their name/email from being captured. however open comment fields might as well be a signature as leaders can figure out who wrote what basically.
