@doctoranddancer: My favorite healthy Night Time Routine 1. I use prescription strength retinol for my skin at night 2. I practice Oil Pulling before I Brush my teeth. I swish edible oil in my mouth for several minutes, then spit it out and rinse my mouth. 3. I use a tongue scraper to remove bacteria from my tongue, especially ones that cause bad breath.
