my two cents: i feel like people these days already have so much discomfort and stress from work and just life in general,,, shldnt your other half be giving you the comfort and support you need… i dont need my partner to constantly accentuate and double down on the flaws that bosses remind me about every day. i j think we shld appreciate that person who we can be comfortable with: someone whom we dont have to think twice before speaking; someone whom we dont have to act like someone we’re not… so, what’s wrong with “choosing comfort”? sometimes i feel like “pushing out of our comfort zones” is overrated.

I don't anything how to explain but need to share here. when i'm thinking that myself is not useful for them then I'm quit seen them. also i miss the things that we go through together I don't know how to contact them again or try to meet them. I feel ashamed myself for what I'm done. I think Im just push to much myself to just stay alone when everything didn't go as well
