The goal of our "government" is to increase the wealth and power gap, giving more power to fewer people. The Democratic party does not (and I would argue has never been) genuinely have the best interests of oppressed people in mind like their platform says publicly. They are controlled opposition to fascism/supremacy/totalitarianism that has existed since the Reconstruction era to give us the illusion of resistance to the oppressor class.

it’s the fact that like the dept of education doesn’t even determine the curriculum, that’s up to the states😭😭 so this whole agenda against it, is ppl not knowing what the depts do. With the dept of edu losing funds means that so many low income + rural income areas, are going to falter without the funds from the dept. this is so upsetting and I wish the Democratic Party had more balls because they’re acting like sitting ducks 🫤
