whenever you send files always use an encrypted zip or rar file. this way they can't use the data for AI training. also works when you are storing stuff in the cloud. yes it's annoying, but it keeps your data safe from greedy companies

To be honest I'd just send pdf files that only say "AI sucks" over and over again from one account of mine to another. They wanna train that shit with my documents? I'll give them stuff to use!

So apparently you can encrypt your files with a password which would prevent the use. The recipient just needs the password to open the files
