Companies keep trying to incorporate AI, why would they be upset that a candidate uses tools companies are using. The AI is also declining candidates without human eyes seeing it. Why is it okay to use AI for that, but a candidate can’t help them during the interview? What if they are so bad at interviewing and the AI gives them the confidence to do an interview better? Why is it considered cheating instead of using resources to help? I genuinely don’t understand how we can be moving to a world filled with AI, yet using it is bad.

1. Companies can’t track this stuff on your personal computer with a regular zoom interview. 2. Even if they could, I don’t want to work for a company with that little regard to privacy and autonomy. 3. It’s a market—if companies are leveraging their advantages to mislead and disempower workers, workers will do the same thing to gain parity of power. You want capitalism, or do you just want a slave class?

Lmao could you imagine working for company that installs a keylogger on your PC? what's next a kernal level anti-cheat. Stop they're using the same AI to pull your resume. Fun fact you can use Nvidia Broadcast to lock your eyes on the camera so people can't tell you're looking down at "notes" just don't read verbatim, you'll be fine.
