✨Creamy Chicken and Mushroom✨ This is the best dinner recipe! Ingredients: 🍗 1 lb chicken breast filets (lightly floured) 🧅 3 diced shallots 🍷 1 cup white wine 🌿 Fresh parsley 🧂 Salt/pepper 🧈 2 tbsp butter 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil 🍄‍🟫 1/2 lb sliced shiitake mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 1/2 lb sliced champignon mushrooms Instructions: Heat up olive oil in a frying pan, and add in the diced shallots. Once the shallots are translucent, add in the mushrooms and cook then until softened and golden. Then add in a 1/2 cup of white wine and let it evaporate. Once the wine is evaporated , add in the butter and floured chicken breast filets. Cook them for 2 min. on each side. Pour in the remaining 1/2 cup of white wine, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
