I swear to God they act like Pizza is a god send that fixes everything. Bruh I dont want pizza I want a 20% raise, flexible hours, WFH options and for you to leave me alone on my PTO. Also BONUSES are always great.

companies that claim to “put their people first” and mask it with rewards like lunches and happy hours rather than raises, hybrid schedules, bonuses and PTO, are gaslighting you into believing they are a good company with high morale.
