I’m one of 3 people at my job. So I wear a lot of hats. I struggle with perfectionism. But it’s impossible to get 100% of the tasks done every single day. So I’m learning to accept that there will be always be catch-up work. And I still deserve to be paid. I’m not undeserving of a livable wage just because living is hard.
