@mschanggifted: Feeling seen as an adult makes such a huge impact. Imagine the impact it can have on kids. #teacher #representationmatters #disabilityawareness #spinabifida
Representation truly makes a difference! It’s so important for both adults and children to feel seen and understood, especially in educational settings.

I was at a conference where you were speaking. You spoke to me after and I asked if I could have a photo with you. You saw my cane and sat down right next me. I didn’t have to stand, which is painful for me. You saw me and I will never forget that. Thank you.

I've already shared with you about how you sharing a glimpse of your SB journey completely shaped my outlook when I found out about my daughter having SB in 2022. I had been inspired to share her journey and we have connected and built friendships with 3 other kiddos local to us in Ohio. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing!

I completely get it!! I have never met someone else with Ankylosing Spondylitis, but if I did, I know we would connect in a way no one else could understand. I’m so glad you both were able to connect with each other 💜

My son was DX with type 1 diabetes at age 4. We were blessed with 2 other T1D kids in his school. They all became good friends and had each other’s backs. It’s the little things that can make school easier.
