Maybe make a list of what they would need if they buy there own stuff,and have your own price for the kit as well so there’s no problems if there missing something

Can you do both like have 1 that we have to buy are own stuff and have another 1 where you provide the stuff. For example like me I would love to join your classes and I feel that I have everything to join your class and I wouldn’t want to spend on more material when I already have it so I would just want to have a 1 on 1 of you showing me things that I may not know. I feel that also goes with any other beginner

You make the kit !!!!! And just provide where you buy them and require a payment that includes the whole kit and the class together and for the kit just ask them for a deposit so you can get that for them and that’s if you set payment plans too
